Peler les pommes de terre et l&rsquo;oignon, laver les pommes de terre et passer les \u00e0 la mandoline ainsi que l&rsquo;oignon (\u00e0 d\u00e9faut de mandoline couper les au couteau en tranches tr\u00e8s fines).
