Peler; d\u00e9germer et hacher l&rsquo;ail. Couper les filets de cabillaud en morceaux. \u00c9goutter les champignons et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus. Mettre le fumet de poisson \u00e0 dissoudre dans l&rsquo;eau chaude compl\u00e9t\u00e9e du jus des champignons. Dans une po\u00eale, mettre un peu de beurre \u00e0 fondre, lorsqu&rsquo;il est couleur noisette, y d\u00e9poser les St Jacques et les po\u00ealer 1 minute sur chaque face sal\u00e9e et poivr\u00e9e, les r\u00e9server ensuite.
