Couper les gousses d&rsquo;ail en morceaux. Laver et ciseler le persil. D\u00e9couper vos pintades de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir 4 morceaux par pintade (les deux cuisses enti\u00e8res, les ailes avec les blancs) Garder les carcasses pour faire un bouillon de volaille pour une autre recette.
